The logistics of building at a distance is something that requires expertise in planning and materials coordination. Many of the locations are quite remote with very limited supply of materials and equipment.  This is where Gib-San’s experience shows.  Gib-San supervisors and skilled tradesmen are experienced at working in more remote locations.   Special forms for water feature are often pre-built and shipped for on-site re-assembly. Knowing how to plan for the unexpected that inevitably happens in such circumstances is what makes the difference in quality and project management timelines.

On the island of St. Maarten, Gib-San designed and built one of the world’s largest residential pools (5000 sq. ft.) – an international award winner!

On the island of St. Kitts, Gib-San designed and built an award winning pool and spa complex for the Marriott Beach Resort and Casino, St. Kitts, Caribbean.

In Abu Dhabi, United.Arab. Emirates, Gib-San designed the pool for the 68th floor of the Landmark building for a global developer.

The long winters became very enjoyable in this Regina home with its  in this true family living room.  This large indoor swimming pool and massage spa were complemented  by a large sitting area with a feature wet wall and large flat screen television and many other entertainment amenities.

	In Saskachewan, Gib-San designed and built not only a large estate pool but designed the landscaping of the 35 acre estate with fountains and a large pond that included a huge 200 ton rock waterfall feature.

An estate pool in France was built by Gib-San for a client in Canada who was extremely pleased with the pool built here, and want them to build for them in France.
