The logistics of building at a distance is something that requires expertise in planning and materials coordination. Many of the locations are quite remote with very limited supply of materials and equipment.  This is where Gib-San’s experience shows.  Gib-San supervisors and skilled tradesmen are experienced at working in more remote locations.   Special forms for water feature are often pre-built and shipped for on-site re-assembly. Knowing how to plan for the unexpected that inevitably happens in such circumstances is what makes the difference in quality and project management timelines.

Meeting challenging installations is the reason the Gib-San Design-Build Consulting group is engaged by international architectural and engineering firms to consult on pool designs for installations such as a high rise tower in Toronto or Dubai.

On the island of St. Maarten, Gib-San designed and built one of the world’s largest residential pools (5000 sq. ft.) – an international award winner!

On the island of St. Kitts, Gib-San designed and built an award winning pool and spa complex for the Marriott Beach Resort and Casino, St. Kitts, Caribbean.

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – “The highest pool in the world” Gib-San Pools designed and is project managing the construction of a pool on the 67th floor of The Landmark Tower in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Reportedly it is “the highest pool in the world” considering the number of building floors. This is second project that Gib-San has been involved with in the United Arab Emirates. The other was in Dubai.

An estate pool in France was built by Gib-San for a client in Canada who was extremely pleased with the pool built here, and want them to build for them in France.
